Attention supporters of #HopeRises – we were alerted to a mother’s request for birthday cards for her daughter, Zoe, who is turning 41 THIS SATURDAY, April 21st.
Zoe was diagnosed with MS, and is not doing well. She is now wheelchair bound and is unable to swallow with ease or speak. Here she is with her husband, who is her rock. This was taken at a time that Zoe was healthy.
Our hearts are broken for Zoe, but we here at Hope Rises want to shower her with love and comfort – something she so deserves. PLEASE SHARE THE LOVE <3
